Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 a Professional Printer for Mac and iOS Devices

Canon has introduced a new photo printer the imagePROGRAF Pro-1000, Designed for professional photographers and images showing the life of outstanding quality and excellent colors combination. It is equipped with 12 inks, designed for professional use and supports paper sizes up to DIN A2. The printer uses OS X 10.7.5 or newer and can be connected via Wi-Fi, USB or Ethernet to the Mac and iOS devices.

The imagePROGRAF Pro 1000 offers a maximum print resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, a 3-inch display, Integrated 1 GB of RAM and borderless printing in a variety of formats. The ink tanks can be replaced individually. The colors include photo black, matte black, gray and photo gray. For an A2 print in color on the photographic paper LU-101 the imagePROGRAF Pro 1000 requires about four minutes, according to Canon.

The new 12-ink system (pigment colors) also includes a Chroma Optimizer ink, so your images are faithfully reproduced in print. A large dynamic range of colors and details in darker areas contributes to the new L-COA image processor PRO to the fact that all the subtleties of your photograph be shown from postcard up to A2.
