Microsoft has removed the Cumulative Windows

Error in The Cumulative Update For Windows 10
Mobile Build 10586
The decision was made after several users
have reported problems with the update installation on some devices.
According to reports, some users received an
error message incorrectly warning of a lack of space in the Lumia 950 and 950 XL
smartphones.

Storage False Indication"
Other users reported that upgrading stood at
0% during the installation process and in some cases, the cumulative update for
Windows 10 Mobile build 10586 was never even offered.
According to Microsoft's response in his
support forum, the company is working on fixes for problems reported by users
and until this is resolved, the update will no longer be offered via Windows
Update.
“We are aware of issues related to the
recently published Windows 10 Mobile update, including: update not being
offered, update appearing to get stuck at 0%, and pesky low storage
notifications. The team is working on fixes and improvements to the upgrade
experience in the short term and with future releases. In the meantime, we have
unpublished the 10586.29 update for Windows 10 Mobile from our public update
servers while we work through these reports.”
Who received error message incorrectly
warning of a lack of space can ignore it without problems.
