Apple has the media player software QuickTime
released in version 7.7.9 for Windows. This update resolves according to the
manufacturer nine vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities are all classified as
critical because they can allow to inject and execute malicious code via
manipulated media files attackers under certain circumstances. QuickTime 7.7.9
requires Windows Vista or advance new. For compatibility with the new Microsoft
operating system Windows 10, Apple has not yet commented.

- The QuickTime web browser plug-in is no longer installed by default and is removed if you have a previous version of QuickTime on your PC. If you still need this legacy plug-in, you can add it back using the custom setup option in the installer.
