Apple apparently developed a new iOS app that
will help users in troubleshooting problems with hardware such as iPhone or
iPad. According to a report by uSwitch, Apple delivers the app Troubleshooting
tips for several areas, such as battery, device or connectivity. In addition,
it should be possible to contact Apple's support department via chat in
connection if a problem cannot be solved on the given answers or advice.
According to the report can be agreed with the app also repair options availed and appointments at the Genius Bar in Apple retail stores. Accordingly, the app is linked to the Apple ID of the user and displays all the personal devices. When to expect the release of the app, this currently has no information.
